We strive to find the best jewelry items for their beauty, value of components and of course, price.   Balancing quality of workmanship and price takes an experienced eye (we have been in the jewelry industry for more than 40 years) as well as shrewd buying practice.   We evaluate each item before offering it on our site and firmly stand behind what we sell.   Hinges, clutches, clasps and tightness of gemstones in their individual settings are tested and quality approved before anything is shipped.  We offer a 10-day, no questions asked return policy, provided the item shows no signs of wear and/or damage, unless otherwise specified in the sale of the item (ie Super Saver Specials or Close-Out items that may only be returned for damage in shipping).    Contact us for important return shipping instructions before sending any items back to us.
